Performing Arts Photography is owned and operated by Brian Purdy, a prizewinning photographer with decades of experience in photographing people.
Performing Arts Photography is based in a fully equipped studio in Lake Bonavista, with multiple strobe lights, makeup area, changing area, props and costumes, wind machine, smoke machine, and even a brass pole. Because Performing Arts Photography is fully digital, it can provide digital backgrounds, and invisible retouching and body alteration if requested.
Performing Arts Photography emphasizes publicity, audition and portfolio shoots for actors, models, singers, dancers, musicians, and athletes, as well as glamour and executive portraits. There is also an emphasis on Women of a Certain Age, who often appreciate the retouching and alteration capabilities available.
